The good news is that Spotify is available on all Roku devices after the Roku Streaming Stick, which was released in 2016. The only condition is that your device should run Roku OS 8.2 or higher.

How to use Spotify on your Roku device
In case your Roku device support Spotify — you should add it via the Roku library of streaming channels. Here«s how to do this:
- Press the home button on your Roku remote in order to open Home menu.
- Find the Streaming Channels on the left sidebar.
- Select it in order to open Roku Streaming Channels Library (Channel Store).
- Go to Search Channels and search Spotify.
- Press OK on your Roku remote to open the channel details.
- Select Add Channel to add Spotify.
- Sign in with your Spotify account details.
- In case you don«t have an account — you can sign up.
- Go to spotify.com/pair on a computer
- Enter the code that appears on your Roku screen
After this, you will get access to the full library of Spotify music on your Roku device. The good news is that you can do almost all things you can do on your Spotify app on your PC or Mac, so the app for Roku isn«t «cut».
